On Sunday, Feb. 16, former Ashley Ridge High School standout CJ Van Slooten’s current college team, the Citadel Bulldogs, lost 16-1 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Miami RedHawks.
The game took place at Joseph P. Riley, Jr. Park. This was their second matchup against the RedHawks this season.
The Bulldogs’ next game is scheduled for Monday, Feb. 17 at 3 p.m. at Joseph P. Riley, Jr. Park against UIC Flames.
