Congratulations to our re-elected and newly elected officials who were sworn in at the County’s Oath of Office Ceremony last night. It was a meaningful evening as council members committed to serving our Dorchester County residents. It was also an historic night as this is the first time the County has had two females serving on County Council.

Congratulations to all of our Dorchester elected officials!

Councilwoman Harriet Holman, District 1

Councilman David Chinnis, District 2

Councilwoman Rita May Ranck, District 3

Councilman Jay Byars, District 7
