On Friday, Feb. 21, former Summerville High School standout Carson Shaw’s current college team, the USC Upstate Spartans, won 10-0 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the South Carolina State Lady Bulldogs.
The game took place at Cyrill Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Lady Bulldogs this season.
The Upstate Spartans’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 22 at 1:45 p.m. at Cyrill Stadium against North Carolina A&T Aggies.
