Hallmark Healthcare Center matched largest Q1 nursing home capacity in Dorchester County

During the first quarter of 2026, Hallmark Healthcare Center, along with St. George Healthcare Center and Oakbrook Health and Rehabilitation Center, held the highest bed capacity among nursing homes in Dorchester County, reports the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).

The facility offered 88 total beds, which is 10 more than the county average for the period. On average, 83.9 residents lived at the center across that quarter.

CMS assigned Hallmark Healthcare Center an overall rating of 1 out of 5, which is lower than the South Carolina nursing home average rating of 3.

Hallmark Healthcare Center did not receive any fines or penalties in the first quarter of 2026.
