Summerville home prices rise in August 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2019 in Summerville rose by $66,000 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2019, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $236,000 - a 38.8% increase over the $170,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Summerville in August 2018.
