Dorchester County Government issued the following announcement on August 27.
On Friday, August 27, 2021, contractors will be pouring concrete for a project located at 8251 Windsor Hill Blvd. To prevent traffic congestion during the morning rush, the lane closure will occur at 3:00am.
This address – indicated by a black dot on the map photo - is in the City of North Charleston. However, unincorporated Dorchester County surrounds the area, so residents will be affected by the closure.
Windsor Hill Blvd. is expected to open fully by 6:00am Friday.
