Dorchester County issued the following announcement on August 25.
On Friday, August 27, 2021, contractors will be pouring concrete for a project located at 8251 Windsor Hill Blvd. Workers and equipment may block portions of Windsor Hill Blvd. between Lavender Lane and Willow Trace Apartments.
In an effort to prevent Windsor Hill from getting congested during the morning traffic rush, the pour will begin at 3:00am and last approximately three hours.
Although this address is located in the City of North Charleston, unincorporated Dorchester County surrounds the area, so residents may be affected.
Windsor Hill Blvd. is expected to open fully by 6:00am Friday.
