Trident Technical College issued the following announcement on October 22.
Trident Tech's Veterinary Technology program treats stray animals like Muffin and returns them to the shelter in better condition for adoption. When Muffin was found, she was extremely emaciated with numerous puncture wounds and a large inguinal hernia. She is up to normal weight now and her physical wounds have healed. Funds raised during Fall Semester help pay for services (when animals need to see area veterinary specialists) and medications. Learn more about the Vet Tech program at bit.ly/VetTechTTC.
