TRAILBLAZER: /ˈtrālˌblāzər/ A pioneer; an innovator. Nominate that person whom you consider a trailblazer for the Chamber's annual awards. This award will go to an outstanding female leader in her industry. The recipient will be courageous, innovative, and passionate. This person will have blazed a trail in her industry for the women in business behind her.
