On Sunday, Feb. 2, former Summerville High School standouts Gavin Mitchell and Tristan Tillman’s current college team, the Southern Wesleyan Warriors, lost 3-2 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Georgia Southwestern State Hurricanes.
The game took place at Hurricane Stadium. This was their third matchup against the Hurricanes this season.
The Warriors’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, Feb. 4 at 5 p.m. at John Kurtz Field against Georgia Bobcats.
