Councilman Jay Byars and County Administrator Jason Ward had the opportunity to present Dorchester County's Ashley River Park at the South Carolina Association of Counties Awards Competition this afternoon! There were many well-deserving and innovative county projects, and we were honored to be among them! This park is a direct result of the support and vision of our community, the Parks and Recreation Commission, the Friends of Dorchester County Parks, County Council, and staff.
