Medical Laboratory Technology students recently toured The Blood Connection donation center. Students learned how blood is collected, processed, tested and then sent to area hospitals for patients in need.
Pamela Brady, Medical Laboratory Technology clinical coordinator, extends her thanks to the staff for the tour. One student decided to make a donation of her own at the end of the tour.
